Processing flag to identify Rights Management Protected emails

In Clearwell v7.1.5, it is possible to enable decryption of rights management protected emails and documents if this is configured in Clearwell. However, we are unable to provide the application with such a global permission to decrypt all email as it is a security and policy issue.
